Vzdu\u0161n\u00e1 akrobacia\u00a0has a NO REFUND POLICY for unused or late canceled subscriptions.<\/p>

7.2.\u00a0Complaints about the service\u00a0<\/p>

In the event that the Client is provided with a service with a defect, he has the right to file a written complaint within 7 days of providing the service. The Provider will assess the complaint within 14 days and submit a written notification to the Client.<\/p>

When making a complaint, the client is obliged to state the subject and reason of the complaint and to prove these in fact.<\/p>

In the event of a defect that can be rectified, the Provider shall immediately take corrective action.<\/p>

As for the defect that cannot be removed, the Client is entitled to a discount on the price or withdrawal from the contract.<\/p>

8. Disclaimer\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>

The use of the online videos therein, is at your own risk.\u00a0<\/strong>The client declares that he knows his health condition and participates in the exercises exclusively at his own risk. The Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide services to pregnant women and persons whose health condition does not allow them to perform the activity. The Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide services to instructors from another studio.<\/p>

Limitation of Liability.<\/strong>\u00a0We will not be held responsible or liable in any way for the information, products or materials that you request or receive through or on our Program. We do not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, harm, loss, damage, death, lost profits, personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, physical or mental disease, condition or issue, or otherwise, due to any act or default of anyone or any business, whether owners, staff, agents, joint venture partners, contractors, vendors, affiliates or otherwise, affiliated with us.<\/p>

Excessive viewings or logins by any Member will be construed by Vzdu\u0161n\u00e1 Akrobacia as fraudulent use of the Website, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund. When becoming a Member you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.<\/p>

9.2 Fraudulent Use<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

Vzdu\u0161n\u00e1 Akrobacia reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised or is being used fraudulently, at our own discretion.<\/p>

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.<\/p>

The Provider and the Client agree to the electronic form of communication via e-mail, instagram, Facebook and telephone communication and recognize it as binding for both parties.<\/p>
